Based in central Oslo, we are a recruitment and consultancy business who partner with all nature of organizations, both across Europe and Internationally, with a particular focus on Norway.
In order to fulfill our client’s requirements, we conduct both permanent and contract recruitment, as well as executive search. In addition to this, we partner with some clients on the ground and operate as consultants, advising and implementing new processes and strategy.

As the name implies, Kristiania Management opened in Oslo, more specifically in the Tostrupgården building next to the Norwegian National Parliament*. The building was built in the late 1800s, just as the capital was renamed Kristiania**.
